Focusing on classic dermatoses and typical cases, 730 cases were carefully selected from approximately 10 thousand images of dermatological cases collected over 24 years by Shigeo Nishiyama, a professor emeritus at Kitasato University.

Images and data of 730 cases and disease data are contained in this software. Thumbnails of an identical disease are listed in a details display.

Zooming in a lesion image by pinching out, iPhones specific function, full-text search, and multiple word search are implemented. Searching a word in the contents by PubMed is also realized.
This product is perfect for physicians and medical students aiming at dermatologists.

-Zooming in a lesion image
Maximum maginification of a lesion image is x5 by pinching out. The details of a lesion site is displayed by manupulation specific to iPhone.

-Full-text search and multiple word search
The functions of full-text search and multiple word search by multiple words for each case are contained.
Searchable for multiple words such as “erythema” and “erosion.”

-PubMed search
When selecting word(s) on a case details, Web search buttons(*) appear. By selecting the [PubMed] button, connection to the PubMed site is started and search result of the selected word is shown.
* There are also [Wikipedia] and [Google] buttons as the Web search buttons.

-The identical disease display
In each details display, thumbnails of a same disease as a currently shown disease is listed. You can view another image of a same disease by selecting a thumbnail.

-Narrowing down by disease and body site classification
Cases can be narrowed down by selecting one from 20 disease classifications such as tumors and infectious diseases, and 23 body site classifications like oral and groin.
